Community Infrastructure Levy Update:

- We have had 14 Local CIL funding applications, which are currently being processed and will be decided at a CIL Spending Board meeting in the Summer.

- Strategic CIL funding round currently open, due to close on 30 June.

- Collection of CIL has become more challenging in some instances, with far more disputes and enforcement cases occurring – this is likely to be associated with rising development costs. We have successfully obtained liability orders against those who fail to pay within statutory timeframes; however, payment is still challenging to acquire thereafter.

- A recent audit of our CIL administration and governance had a generally positive outcome, with only a few minor recommendations.
